MTV Inc. is a name synonymous in lodging industry with quality service since 1992.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping & handling,). Please note however that all merchandise must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging and condition, lacking any wear or use of any kind. Hang tags and accessories should not be removed  The returned item(s) will be refunded in full to the credit card account number of the original purchaser.

  • MTV Inc. will not credit any account number other than that of the account of the original purchaser. MTV Inc. will refuse all returns attempted without a return authorization number. Simply contact us to receive a return authorization number.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to check the merchandise for any defects or damage, but we make sure all merchandise we ship through our doors meets our high standards. If you do find a defect in any of your merchandise please report it to us via e-mail.

  • Retrun Authorization for refund or exchange: In order to process your return / exchange you must contact us via email at returns@mtvinc.net or by phone at 1-888-SKY-LINK with the following information:

    Reason for return
  • Once you have received your return authorization (RA#) number clearly write the number down next to the shipping label only once, please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and return the carton postage paid and insured for its full value, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS and other carriers to MTV Inc. at the address listed below. MTV Inc will refuse all deliveries attempted without authorized RA#s.

  • Once we have received the returned item we will process your refund or exchange between 2-4 business days. Allow an additional week for refunds to show up on your credit card statement. We furnish associated receipts promptly.
  • Damage due to mishandling: At MTV Inc. we strongly recommend that you examine your order carefully upon arrival. Damage due to mishandling is not covered by manufacturers warranty.
